Elizabeth Golluscio is the Republican candidate running for NY City Council District 5 in Manhattan. Elizabeth earned her Engineering degree from Cornell and an MBA from MIT, and has over 25 years experience in the technology industry, most recently as a Managing Vice President at Gartner, Inc., leading the analyst group that covers software design and development for Gartner’s clients. She’s also mom to two sons who currently attend public high school.
Prior to Gartner, Elizabeth held a variety of roles in product management, marketing and sales in early-stage software start-ups, helping to raise VC funding, launching new products, working abroad to integrate newly acquired businesses, an IPO, etc. She’s also lived and worked in Australia, Ireland, and Italy.
Elizabeth has completed dozens of marathons, half marathons and triathlons, and has recently become a Crossfit enthusiast.
After seeing such a decline in her district, Elizabeth decided to run for elected office to bring her technology and business acumen to the City Council to help address crime, homelessness, the migrant crisis, unlicensed e-bikes and mopeds on city streets, etc.
