Derk Jan Eppink, a Dutch journalist who represented Belgium in the European Parliament, worked for the European Commission (which he described in his book, Life of a European Mandarin) and is a senior policy analyst for the London Center for Policy Research in New York, will give us an insider’s view of Europe in upheaval.
